Weeds out, garden back
From a single overgrown bed to a full acreage, we clear weeds by hand and can top it off with fresh mulch or a green waste run.
Our services
Weed removal is the heart of what we do, with a couple of optional extras to finish the job.
Hand Weed Removal
Careful, herbicide-free weed removal worked out by hand — roots, bulbs and creeping runners included — so your good plants are left untouched.
Recurring Maintenance
Fortnightly, monthly or seasonal visits that keep your garden on top of new growth before it becomes a bigger job.
Mulching
Fresh bark, leaf or straw mulch supplied and spread to suppress new weeds, hold moisture and give beds an instant finish.
Green Waste Removal
Everything we pull is bagged, loaded and taken away to a licensed facility to be mulched and composted — never left in a pile on site.
Rubbish Removal
Optional clearing of garden-related rubbish — old pots, broken furniture and garden odds and ends — taken away and disposed of properly.
Mulching and rubbish removal
Once the weeds are out, a couple of extras can make the result last.
Mulching. A fresh layer of mulch suppresses new weeds, holds moisture and makes a bed look instantly finished. We can supply and spread bark, leaf or straw mulch to suit the garden.
Rubbish removal. We can take away more than green waste — old pots, broken garden furniture and the odds and ends that pile up in a yard — and dispose of them responsibly.
Both are quoted as optional extras on top of your weed removal, so you only pay for what you need.

The usual suspects
Every weed needs a slightly different approach. By hand, we can deal with the lot without harming the plants around them.
Dandelion & thistles
Deep taproots that need to be levered out whole to stop them coming straight back.
Blackberry & brambles
Prickly, spreading and stubborn — cut back and dug out crown by crown.
Ivy & creeping vines
Traced back to the source and lifted off walls, fences and trunks without damaging surfaces.
Oxalis & onion weed
Bulb weeds that multiply if disturbed — handled carefully to avoid spreading them further.
Cape weed & flatweeds
Surface spreaders that come up easily by hand once the ground is softened.
Woody weeds
Larger saplings and woody invaders worked out with the right tools and patience.
Gardens of every size
We work across the whole range, from courtyard to acreage.
Residential gardens
Backyard beds, borders, lawns and everything in between.
Courtyards & small yards
Tight spaces and paved areas where careful hand work is essential.
Acreage & rural blocks
Larger blocks, paddocks and boundary lines with tougher weeds.
Strata & commercial
Shared grounds, body corporate lots and small commercial sites.
One-off or recurring?
Both work well — it just depends on how the garden is growing.
One-off visit
Best for a reset — an overgrown garden that needs bringing back under control in a single session.
- A full clear of the agreed areas
- Green waste taken away
- Optional mulch to finish
- No ongoing commitment
Recurring visits
Best for keeping on top of it — a regular schedule so weeds never get the chance to take hold.
- Fortnightly, monthly or seasonal
- Priority booking for regulars
- Discounted recurring rate
- Progress notes after each visit

What is not covered
We like to be upfront about the edges of our service.
Chemical spraying
We do not spray by default. Targeted treatments can be arranged on request, with your approval.
Tree removal & arboriculture
We do not fell trees or prune large limbs. We can recommend a trusted local arborist.
Landscaping & construction
New paving, retaining walls, turf laying and hard landscaping are outside our scope.
Non-green rubbish
General rubbish removal covers garden-related items. Large household or hazardous waste is not included.
