Slope & terrain
Steep or rocky ground takes longer to work safely and carefully.
Weed density
A light scatter of weeds clears far faster than thick, established infestation.
Area & plantings
Bigger beds and delicate plantings mean more time on hands and tools.
Access
Tight gates and long carries slow the job and affect waste hauling.
Weed type
Taproots, bulbs and creeping vines are slower than surface weeds.
Urgency & frequency
Weekend or urgent bookings and recurring schedules each price differently.

Extras are quoted as a line item so you can see exactly what you are paying for and decline anything you do not need.
Minimum visit
Our minimum visit is two hours, which covers travel, set-up and a meaningful amount of work at your place. Some out-of-area or very small jobs may carry a call-out minimum, which we always confirm in your quote.
Recurring clients book on a fortnightly, monthly or seasonal basis and receive a discounted rate, along with priority scheduling during busy periods.
