1. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information available at the time. If the scope of work changes on inspection, we will discuss and agree any adjustment with you before starting.

2. Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleared and to make us aware of any hazards, hidden services or sensitive plantings.

3. Minimum visit

Our minimum visit is two hours. Some locations or small jobs may carry a call-out minimum, which will be shown on your quote.

4. Weather

Weather that makes work unsafe or risks damaging wet soil may require us to reschedule. We will contact you to arrange an alternative day at no additional cost.

5. Green waste and extras

Green waste removal is included in standard visits. Mulching and rubbish removal are optional extras and are quoted separately.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card and cash, and provide a tax invoice for every job.

7. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to plants, pipes or structures that were not disclosed, or for regrowth where the agreed scope did not include the relevant area.

8. Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
